Since 1995, Tarsa Solomon has been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Psychotherapy. In addition, she is a Certified Addictions Professional, a National Certified Counselor, an International Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and a board approved supervisor. Tarsa received her Masters of Science Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and her Bachelors of Science Degree in Psychology from University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She is also a Substance Abuse Counselor (SAP) performing evaluations required by the Department Of Transportation.
She enjoys working with adults and children of all ages. Tarsa has lived in Florida since 1995 with her husband, and 2 dogs. Christiane (Christi) Dieckman, LMHC, Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Christiane (Christi) Dieckman has been counseling and providing community resources for individuals, children and families since 2008.
She has successfully treated clients battling addictions, trauma, grief, women’s issues, children’s issues, ADHD, anxiety, adjustment disorders, mood disorders, parenting issues, spiritual issues, stress management, life transitions and more. She brings a warm, supportive presence to the counseling session and tailors healing techniques to client’s individual circumstances. Christi incorporates elements of person centered therapy, solution focused therapy, mindfulness, behavior modification, acceptance and commitment therapy, narrative therapy and more. A member of Space Coast Mental Health Counselors Association and American Mental Health Counselors Association, Christi believes in the importance of ongoing participation in education and workshops to keep techniques fresh and effective.
In her free time, Christi likes to spend time with her family and pets, volunteer in the community, read and capture sunrises at the beach.

Christan York, LCSW
Christan York, LCSW received her Masters degree in social work in 1994 from the University of Georgia. Christan has worked in both in patient and out patient settings. She has practiced as a Psychotherapist and Life Coach for 25 years and has published a whimsical self-help book titled, Getting Screwed? to add humor to the challenges we face daily.
Christan utilizes solution focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy to provide a goal oriented approach to therapy. She enjoys working with people of all ages over 12, and works with individuals and families. She holds a black belt in the Nia Technique. Christan enjoys helping people find a better work/life balance and operate with precision versus reacting in chaos.
Christan helps clients learn how to manage their time, anxiety and/or depression. In her freetime, she enjoys being on the water and spending time with friends and family.

Douglass Judson, LCSW
Douglass Judson, LCSW, is an experienced clinician who
enjoys improving the quality of others’ lives. He holds a
master’s degree in social work from Simmons College in
Boston, Massachusetts.
Douglass worked for a large teaching medical center in Boston for 14 years, providing mental health and substance use clinical services in outpatient, partial hospital, and inpatient levels of care. Douglass Judson subsequently worked as an outpatient therapist for 8 years at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Grand Rapids, Michigan just prior to moving to Florida in 2019.
Douglass has experience in developing therapeutic relationships with many populations across cultural and developmental spectrums. He has assisted individuals and couples in transforming their perceptions of self, others and life in order to resolve issues and develop skills to negotiate life more effectively.

Lindsay Rubel, MS, LMFT
Lindsay Rubel, LCSW, has worked in the mental health field since 2009. She graduated with a Masters in Social Work from Bryn Mawr College in Pennsylvania. She has vast experience in the areas of depression, anxiety, PTSD/trauma, military, grief and mood disorders. She has gained her experience working with the Army National Guard and in an outpatient mental health clinic. She is also an Army veteran. It is through this experience she has learned empathy and the importance of feedback, along with humor.
Everyone has a unique story to be told and no two stories are alike. Every person deserves a personalized approach to therapy. Lindsay believes in empowering clients to find their true potential through individualized, empathetic care. Lindsay's goal is to meet each client where they are and to help them focus on how to achieve their goals. Lori has worked in the Mental Health field since 2014 and Social Work case management since 2010. She graduated with a Masters of Science in Counseling from Nova Southeastern University in Florida. Lori has experience in working with depression, anxiety, women’s issues, teenage issues, stress management, adjustment disorders, and mood disorders. Lori obtained her experience while working with non-profit child welfare organizations through conducting individual counseling, therapeutic supervised visitation, as well parenting and anger management groups. Lori has extensive experience working with teenagers and provided counseling in a high school environment from 2016-2020. Lori enjoys working with children, teenagers, and adults.
Lori creates an empathetic, nonjudgmental, and engaging environment to support, empower, and encourage the client to live their most fulfilling life. Lori tailors her technique to each individual’s needs and utilizes primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Solution Focused Brief Therapy, mindfulness, and Person-Centered Therapy.

Krista Marquick, LMHC, CAP
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Certified Addiction Professional (CAP). I obtained my Master of Science Degree in Counseling and Psychology in 2013 from Troy University. I have been providing treatment for mental health and addiction issues since I began working in the field in 2000 in South Carolina. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I have successfully treated clients with depression, anxiety, addictions, grief, relationship issues, and life transitions.

Jessica Kroungold-King, LMHC
Jessica Kroungold-King has worked in the mental health field for over 17 years. She
is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who earned her Master of Science degree in Psychology at Florida Institute of Technology in 2005. She has experience working with children, teenagers, and adults. Her experience includes working for non-profit organizations to help children, teenagers and families, as well as adults with chronic mental illness, and individuals in an outpatient urgent care setting.
Her approach involves assisting individuals to help them develop coping skills and tap into their inner strengths so they may heal, grow, and live their best lives. Michelle Hawks, LMHC
Michelle Hawks is a licensed mental health counselor working in the greater
Melbourne and beachside areas. She holds a Bachelor’s of Art degree in Sociology, and a Master’s
of Art degree in Counseling. In addition to her graduate studies, she has post-graduate advanced
training in:
Dialectical Behavior Therapy,
Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Anxiety/Depression,
Motivational Interviewing, and
Solution-Focused Training.
She works with adults, youths, and families providing individual, group, and family
counseling. She believes prior to engaging in therapeutic work, a solid relationship of caring,

Cassie Norsworthy, LMHC
Cassie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has been working in the field of mental health since 2012. She has experience working with children, teens, adults, and families. Majority of Cassie’s experience has been in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief and loss. She is also experienced in working with individuals with mood disorders and personality disorders. She is well versed in behavioral techniques and emphasizes the importance of boundaries in any relationship. Cassie believes in meeting an individual where they are at, so to speak, and establishing this as the starting point of the therapeutic relationship.

Al Marks was born in Arrington England in 1959. Al joined the USAF in 1977 enlisted as an Avionics Technician and spent the next 20 years moving from country to country, retiring in
1997. Al then went on to become a licensed educator and taught various subjects in high school for over 12 years, retiring in 2010, at the same time instructing in undergraduate and graduate programs at various colleges in the panhandle of Florida.
Al has been practicing in the mental health field for the last 26 years and has worked for various agencies such as Children’s Home Society, Florida Therapy Services, and contracted with various state agencies such as Department of Children and Families, Al was an Expert Witness in the 14 th Judicial Circuit from 2005 to 2014, and was a Family Mediator and Custody Evaluator during the same period of time. Al operated his own private practice from 2005 until 2014 at which time he began working atthe Veterans Administration in 2014, subsequently retiring in 2024.

Laurie has received her Master's degree in counseling from Webster University in 2000. During her internship, she provided counseling to children, teens, adults and families in an office, school and home setting. Laurie is passionate about getting to the root of the issue that is getting in the way of enjoying life and relationships. Laurie has special training in EMDR, CBT/DBT skills, Trauma and Solution focused therapy approaches. Laurie takes a holistic approach and encourages clients to take mind, body, soul and spirit into account when becoming the person they want to be. People have described Laurie as kind hearted, easy to talk to and down to earth. Laurie has always had a love to help children of all ages and utilizes her creativity to make therapy fun and productive at the same time.
